Terminal 1 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk on your right. Terminal 2 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk is behind you on the right. Terminal 3 - Exit from customs and walk to the main terminal concourse, the Hertz self service kiosk in on your right. Terminal 4 - Exit from customs, the Hertz self service kiosk is on your right. Terminal 5 - Exit from customs, Turn right, the Hertz self service kiosk Then please use the Hertz Courtesy Bus to be taken to the Hertz pick-up and return location. Drivers Age
25 to 99 Years
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions

Hertz vehicles cannot be dropped off in Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands, Jersey or Guernsey.
From 1 January 2021, customers renting in the United Kingdom will not be allowed to drive into any other European country and vice versa.
Driving between the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales) into Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and vice versa are not affected by this change and will still be allowed, subject to the express permission of Hertz and subject to conditions.
If you wish to take a UK registered vehicle into the Republic of Ireland, you are required by law to be in possession of a VE103B certificate which is proof Hertz has permitted the vehicle to travel outside of the United Kingdom.
The VE103B certificate is not required for travelling to Northern Ireland.

The cover can only be purchased at time of pick-up.
Should these restrictions be ignored, all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, PI, Super Cover), if accepted, shall be null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of accidents and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
Expert advice to make your journey go smoothly
Always ask for directions to the nearest gasoline station to the rental drop-off location. Keep your fuel sales slip as proof of refueling.
Take time to familiarize yourself with the vehicle controls before leaving the parking area
Fully inspect the vehicle for signs of damage and report them to the rental desk before leaving the parking area
Ask for a map at the car rental desk
When visiting a location for the first time, always choose a safe parking spot like a supervised parking lot
